Why Can't I Log In?

Troubleshooting Login Errors


There are few things more frustrating than get locked out of an account right when you need fast access the most. Here's the top three most common scenarios users encounter and how to fix them. If you have other difficulties with our services, please contact customer service at support@firstbasesolutions.com.

1. VuMAP says I'm already logged in.
VuMap subscriptions are licensed for only one user, therefore, you can only be logged in on one machine at a time. Do not share your password. Or, If you've closed your browser without properly logging out, you'll be locked out for about 20 minutes.

2. Zoom2It says I'm already logged in or my email address is already in use.
Your real estate board's relationship with GeoWarehouse has changed. You can either create a new account for Zoom2It using a different email address, or contact us and we can reset your account which will allow to re-register with your previous email address.

3. I can log in on one computer but not on another computer.
You need to clear your cache, here's how:

Internet Explorer
  1. From the Tools menu choose Internet Options.
  2. On the General tab, under Browsing history, click Delete.
  3. Un-check the Preserve Favorites website data box.
  4. Check the Temporary Internet files, Cookies, and History boxes.
  5. Click Delete.
  6. When finished, click OK to return to your Internet Explorer window.
  7. Close the Internet Explorer window and reopen.

Firefox
  1. From the History menu, select Clear Recent History.
  2. If the menu bar is hidden, press Alt to make it visible.
  3. From the Time range to clear: drop-down menu, select the desired range
  4. Check Cache as an item to clear.
  5. Click Clear Now.
  6. Exit/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser.

Chrome
  1. From the  hamburger Menu button, choose More Tools, Clear browsing data.
  2. Select the period of time you wish to delete cached information from.
  3. Choose: Cached images and files.
    Select the Clear browsing data button.
  4. Exit/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser.
